1. General Return Policy
 

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We do not guarantee return approval.

To be considered for return:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The request must be made immediately upon receipt.

  • The product must remain in original condition.
     

Return authorization must be obtained prior to sending any item back.

2. Non-Returnable Items
 

The following items are not eligible for return:

 

  • Custom-built products

  • Paint Rigs

  • Used Products

  • In-Ice Logos and custom designs

  • Installed equipment

  • Clearance items

  • Previously used equipment
     

These sales are final.

 

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives defective:

 

  • Customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs must be provided.

  • Written documentation outlining the issue is required.

  • A phone call is required to review the defect and discuss resolution.
     

Ice Ops will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include:

 

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Alternative resolution at our discretion.

4. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:
 

  • Ice Ops will provide return shipping instructions.

  • We will cover approved return shipping costs.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


 

5. Refunds
 

If a refund is approved:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
     

We accept payment through providers such as:

 

  • Paypal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Venmo

  • Credit/Debit Cards
     

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Ice Ops.

 

6. Exchanges
 

We do not offer general exchanges.

 

Replacements are provided only in case of verified defects.


 

7. Inspection & Approval
 

All returned products are subject to inspection.

If a returned item shows signs of use, modification, or installation:

 

  • The return may be denied.

  • The product may be shipped back to the customer.
