1. Order Processing Time
 

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase.

All products are manufactured or prepared prior to sale unless marked otherwise.

If a product is out of stock at the time of purchase:

  • The order will be treated as a preorder.

  • Shipment will occur once inventory is replenished.

  • Customers will be notified if delays exceed standard processing time.
     

Processing time does not include transit time.

2. Shipping Methods & Carrier Selection
 

Ice Ops & Arena Consulting, Inc. selects the shipping carrier at its discretion to provide the most reliable and cost-effective delivery.

 

Carriers may include:
 

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • FedEx

  • UPS
     

Customers do not select the carrier at checkout.

 

Customer-Requested Shipping

 

If a customer wishes to use a specific carrier or shipping method:
 

  • A request must be made directly to our team.

  • Additional handling and coordination fees may apply.

  • All additional costs will be added to the customer's invoice.
     

Expedited Shipping

 

Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Customers must contact us directly. All expedited shipping costs are invoiced separately.

 

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
 

For international orders:
 

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and international fees are included in the customer's shipping charges.

  • These costs are calculated and reflected in the final invoice.

  • Customers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations.
     

International orders may require phone confirmation prior to shipment.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
 

  • Product weight and size

  • Destination

  • Freight Requirements
     

We do not offer free shipping.

 

5. Freight Shipments
 

For freight shipments:
 

  • Ice Ops selects the freight carrier.

  • Customers must ensure proper receiving capabilities at the delivery location.

  • Liftgate services or special delivery requirements may incur additional charges.

     

6. Risk of Loss
 

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.
 

Ice Ops is not responsible for:
 

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost shipments

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Shipping-related damage caused during transit

 

Customers must file any shipping claims directly with the carrier.


 

7. Lost or Missing Packages
 

If a shipment is:

 

Marked Delivered but Not Received

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Lost in Transit

Customers are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

Ice Ops may assist with documentation at its discretion but is not responsible for carrier resolution.

8. Damaged Shipments
 

If a product arrives damaged:
 

  • The customer must notify us immediately.

  • Damage must be reported upon delivery.

  • Photographic documentation may be required.

 

Failure to report damage promptly may limit available remedies.

9. Delivery Estimates

All shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
 

Ice Ops is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Events beyond our control
