6. Consulting Services
 

Ice Ops provides consulting services related to arena operations and management.
 

Consulting services:
 

  • Are advisory in nature.

  • Do not constitute legal, engineering, architectural, or licensed professional advice.

  • Do not transfer operational responsibility to Ice Ops.

 

All final decisions and implementation remain solely the client’s responsibility.

 

Clients agree not to rely on consulting services as a substitute for licensed professional services where required.

 

7. Orders & Payment
 

We reserve the right to:
 

  • Refuse or cancel orders.

  • Limit quantities.

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Cancel transactions suspected of fraud.

 

Payment methods may include:

  • Apple Pay

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

 

18. Entire Agreement
 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ice Ops regarding Website use, product purchases, and consulting services.
